Here at Xpress Point, when we say we put people first, we are referring to something that is more than just a corporate mantra. It is a philosophy embraced instinctively by everyone here.

We speak with one voice and move as one team. What does this mean? ‘Speaking as one voice’ means that we are singular in communicating with each point-of-contact, whether they are our customers or retailers. ‘Moving as one team’ refers to our relentless drive and courage to keep moving towards our goal. To do this, we practise pro-activeness, teamwork, good communication, a positive outlook and a constant need to always improve and to always be at the highest level of performance.
